My friend made this for me. It’s the speech Tyler gave before the last song of the night. They played in Indy back in April and I don’t even know how to explain the effect that concert had on me. Now his speech is a reminder of how powerful music is and how much of an impact complete strangers can have on your life. Twenty One Pilots will be with me until the day that I die.
"Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you for liking weird songs everybody. Thank you for using this music for whatever it is you’ve gone through to get here today. That’s what music can do, it can make things make sense for moments at a time. And i wanna thank you for letting me write songs and write lyrics that mean very much to me, you’ve been so accepting of the words I’ve had to say… It’s like showing a room full of people your journal, but in this case it’s a room full of friends, and family. Thank you so much for being accepting to those words."
